SUMMARY
Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Jaxen Grey! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist with inventory management and front-end operations in our store. This role requires flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks throughout the day, including inventory management, maintaining the sales floor, and customer service. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in retail sales, store support, or cashier roles. This is a part-time position at our St. Louis Plaza Frontenac location. Hours include some evenings and weekends.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE...
FLOOR SUPPORT
- Restocking merchandise and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards on the sales floor.
- Returning tried-on merchandise to its proper location.
- Assisting sales specialists by locating items in the backstock.
INVENTORY SUPPORT
- Assisting the inventory lead with labeling, ticketing, and processing shipments.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Replenishing sold merchandise on a daily basis.
- Preparing merchandise for display on the sales floor.
- Participating in inventory audits.
- Assisting with web order processing, shipping, and transfers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Answering the store phone and assisting customers with inquiries.
- Providing friendly and efficient service at the register.
- Managing customer fitting rooms and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
